Littman the jewellery for doctors.
Yesterday I got it via Amazon, packaging team is careless although they provide replacement within some days coz my first order have a tiny manufacturing defect. Till now looking genuine but I have to confirm it via some quality and brand checks, will update soon.

Trusted Littmann standard and quality
Been using 3M Littmann stethoscopes for over 6 years and never had any trouble auscultating all the major sounds or missing anything important. Although, the new lineup of Classic III when compared with the Classic II seem to be bit of a downgrade IMO. The Classic II's had a sturdier tube and the one on III feels very flexible and possibly fragile. But then that could be a plus point by making the stethoscope flexible and lighter in weight to use. The bell and diaphragm are great as usual with a hefty mass to it and just the right kind of clicks while switching them. The eartips are super comfortable and soft. As for the pricing, I was surprised this was available on Amazon for such a decent cost that we would only get from other third party retail stores. If you are new to the field of medicine and plan on getting a new basic one, then look no further and definitely go for this one.
