I had mainly brought it for my acid reflux/GERD treatment as contrary to popular belief, GERD is caused by a lack of stomach acid instead of too much. And can be cured with apple cider vinegar. However, this was my first time using ACV. Over time I learned ACV doesn't expire so next time ill get an ACV bottle that doesn't expire.

I read that ACV, or Apple Cider Vinegar was effective for Acne. So I bought this one, seemed to be on the cheaper side, but had good reviews and 'Mother' vinegar in it, which is very important. I started to dilute 1 part of vinegar with 2 parts water, and then used in the affected place. The insides of the pimples suddenly started to burn and under light looked milky coloured, so I stopped immediately. But After 24 hrs, scabs appeared on the pimples, which were red and inflamed, and they looked flatter. Next time, instead of using topically, I applied it on the whole face, it was strange that only the affected skin burned but the other parts were normal. It was giving me too much of black scab marks, so I combined it with my corticosteroid cream (do not use without physician's permission). I toned with diluted ACV, then applied CS cream topically. The Acne that was there since July is almost gone now.ACV has Malic acid, which is an organic AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acid), and it is effective on pimples. As AHA is water soluble, it may not be suitable for oily skin. For that you need to opt for BHA (Beta Hydroxy Acid), which is oil soluble and works on the inner level of skin, ex: Salycillic Acid. If you suffer Dry Skin Acne like I do, ACV works like a chemical peel, it dries the acne, forms scab and peels away the bad skin, taking at least 7-10 days.

It's a known fact that apple cider vinegar helps in increase of metabolism which eventually leads to weight loss. Apart from that it makes you feel a little heavy hence less intake of meal.Now coming to this particular apple cider vinegar, thr first I ordered did came with mother, the second one did not. I will always prefer Dr brag's product because even the mother is different. Here the mother is just a layer at the end of the bottle while in the later form, proper globulws and particles are presentStill it's satisfying considering the price, and will definitely help you. I recommend it by all means if you want a pocket friendly product.

Good flavour compared to several other ACV brands. Easy to acquire a taste for it. Effective for digestion. Only issue - should have come in a glass bottle for better storage.

I have a problem with acidity for the last 5 years. I have been taking lukewarm water and honey for that problem. The problem didn't increase and it was stabilized. During last health checkup, I discussed it with a dietician, she recommended me to take "Apple Cider Vinegar" along with Honey to reduce the problem of acidity.When I checked "Apply Cider Vinegar" I found 100+ results so I was confused. Products ranged from 100 INR to 2500 INR. I simply took one with a medium budget and normal ratings. "NourishVitals Apple Cider Vinegar with Ginger, Garlic, Lemon and Honey" I selected. I am using it almost for 2 weeks now. My observations1) Good in concentration. You need to take just one tablespoon or less. I take 5-7 ml only.2) Add honey (though it is there in the product, I felt its less in concentration) Add one or two spoon honey and it will taste great.3) Strong odor, but that's nature of Vinegar4) Got relief in acidity. Frequency reduced drastically5) Not sure about weight loss and other benefits as that will take time to observeA good product. Value for money.

So i used sinew apple cider vinegar before and that was without mother. It's been only 2 days since i started using this one. So it would take a long time to actually see if it's good or not.But this makes me full for a longer time.its taste is different from the previous one i used.but actually this one is somewhat sweet in taste and smell.i dont know if that is what ACV with mother are like.but overall i like it.you may try omce and see if it suits you.this also helps in digestive problems.

It's just been 2 days since I've started drinking as well as applying the product on my face/neck. Not much can be said just in 2 days, but this product gives me a feeling of fullness and has also helped in digestion and my skin definitely feels smooth.Coming back to thks product: The suspended mother particles settle at the bottom of the product so it seems pure.. The smell is really strong and a bit repulsive- but when diluted in water, it isn't anymore.Never drink any ACV undiluted. Always diluted it in a glass of water. When using the product for the first time, use a teaspoon of ACV in a glass of water and gradually increase the quantity over time- but never go beyond 5-10ml. NEVER CONSUME IT UNDILUTED. Some websites say, you should have it before meals, thrice a day- but I think it's better to have it on empty stomach once in the morning.ACV also works it's wonders as a skin toner. It reduces pores, and acne and makes the skin smooth. However undiluted ACV should not be used as toner. It's advisable to mix 2tsp in a cup of water and then apply it with a cotton ball.
