Totally disappointed !!!
When I ordered this product it had 5 stars . I trusted but got a defective product . The head is not working and the light blinks . They didn't provide the correct battery . I bought one on my own . I do use philips epilator for my body but for face I was looking for a good product . But this is not the one !!!

Not up to the expectation
Really upset. The product didnt work. I bought 2 pieces in that 1 didnt work and other was broken.

Horrible Product
It's a glorified shaver... will leave your skin dry and rough. Thick hair grows back. Product broke apart as well.
