Nothing, and I mean NOTHING cleans so wonderfully than this all purpose cleaner. I have 4,000 square feet of hard floors to keep clean, and this product cleans deeper with no residue either by mop and bucket or with out automated floor cleaning vacuums. The scent is negligent, and the cleaning properties are superior. The price is so wonderful, too. Do dilute to use...someone reported a sticky finish, and I can only imagine this was because they used it straight. It dilutes perfectly, allowing one gallon to last almost forever. Love this stuff. I dilute as directed and use with a spin mop on very old sealed distressed hardwood floors. No residue or streaking at all.

After a dishwasher leak, 3 months of ripped up flooring and agonizing over new flooring choices, I was so thrilled when our beautiful wood-look tile was installed! It cost no less than one million dollars (ok, not that much, butTHOUSANDS) and when my tile guys told me to use only a Ph neutral floor cleaner, I listened intently. I had no idea floor cleaners had pH values...who would unless you just dropped bajillions of dollars on meticulously chosen tile floors?! But nonetheless, I heeded their advice and tried several. It's been a year now of testing products and repeatedly coming back to Odoban. I LOVE this product! We have a giant dog who quickly leaves his muddy XL sized paw prints on our floors and Odoban always gets our floor and grout clean without damaging or changing the color of either. The floor looks as great as the day it was installed and as a bonus, the gallon bottle lasts us for months! It's a great value and a great product!

This stuff does the trick! I have four rescued dogs and two cats and this has eliminated the animal smell in my home. It does not mask the odor--it eliminates it. Thanks for a great product.

First shot with OdoBan Floor Cleaner!One of our retail stores has 100+ yr old wood floors that have been painted. Prior to OdoBan ~ We simply used the WetJet cleaning products which seemed to do fine, but were expensive. This is an overview of use with old painted wood floors :)~~~ + ~~~Pro's:1) Cheap, when compared to Brand Name counterparts2) Smell isn't off putting.3) Doesn't seem to mess with the paint on our floors ~ then again, only time will tell with multiple cleanings if we seem to have issues.Con's:1) None so far, but I'm skeptical to see if the paint comes up via this floor cleaner. Thus my reason for handing out 4 stars instead of 5 stars.Not much more to say ... Works as advertised ~ A little goes along way ... And time will tell if we have a winner!UPDATE: 4/7/2017 (updated from 4 stars to 5)*** Just reordered. This stuff is awesome ... Cheap and can't be beat. Use it weekly on painted wood floors.

we have a tiny dog and anyone with a tiny dog knows if it's freezing cold outside they're going to hold it and pee in your house at some point. I also have old floors that need to be refinished so they tend to hold odors. This was awesome! It worked as well or better than enzyme cleaners. And not only got rid of any remaining sense of pee but just in general neutralized odors in the room. Don't get me wrong my house is very clean but old houses tend to hold scent in my opinion and this was just the ticket.

Love Odorban and especially this scent. Can be used to effectively clean all types of surfaces and can also be sprayed on upholstered fabrics and also in the air to leave a fresh scent. This is the one product that the professional cleaning company uses to clean the floors, bathrooms, tabletops, etc in our 12 story office. The only thing they don't use it to clean is windows and glass surfaces. Loved the fresh scent so had to ask what they were using and they showed me container was "Odorban". Went out very next day and bought largest container I could find and ever since it is what I use for at least 95% of my cleaning product needs.

Having several dogs, put this cleaner to the test to see how well it cleans and removes odors. Got to say, it really works. Actually, I first heard about OdoBan from my local dog shelter, because it is what they use on the kennel floors. The cleaner is concentrated, so don't need to use a lot.
