Results are augmented if you use this product with regular exercise and other slimming agents like protein shakes.this product should be taken once or twice a day with lukewarm water on empty stomach half hour before meals. It supresses appetite upto 3 hours. However I would not recommend to use this product beyond three months as it inhibits steroid genesis and can have adverse effects on vital structures. Further no much clinical trials on this product which signifies the use of product for weight loss however there are sporadic individual claims of weight loss. Good luck.

just a bakwas product, not even loss a single kg, even gain extra 4 kgs, dont but this at all

Not good product. They say 85% but no results. Previously I took 60% tablet & loose 4-5 kg in two months. But this tablet doesn't have any effect. Actually the fats r eliminated by toilet route but this tablet doesn't, instead no adverse effect

Used it for straight too months along with exercise. Nothing notable i could find.
