I recently acquired the Eureka Forbes Aquasure 1500 Litres Cartridge with Auto Shut-Off for my water purifier, and it has proven to be a reliable and efficient component in ensuring the purity of our drinking water. We bought this model as a replacement for our ever best HUL Pure-It filter after much searching. But from 6months of experience I can tell that Pure-It was way better product than this Aquasure model as it has two system to filter water, this has only cartridge. But there are not many options for gravity based filters out there. This has good capacity water container, almost 20L but the filtering system of cartridge is not good quality, it is just ok, may be better than drinking water directly from tap. The filter is not as sturdy as Pure-It and it needs some time to assemble, like 30min-1hr as the manual is not detailed about this. One more thing, the aquaguard service for this model is almost non-existent, you call up several times they take the call but never turn up. One should avoid buying this if it needs any frequent servicing.

We Bought 4 of these new cartridge. Both from Eureka Forbes website and also from Amazon. Both product had issue. In One week it stopped filtering. After complaint Aquaguard Engineer came, he cleaned the filter paper , washed it took 200₹ and left. Lasted only for 5 days. No one is taking responsibility of this product. I am updating my review today to inform all customer how serious this issue is. Now my product stop filtering every two week. From two week it has now reached to two days. You must be wondering how I am using this product even after it stopped working. Well I will open the filter and I will wash the filter paper and the cartridge. To wash the cartridge you have blow air while putting water inside the cartridge. Now I have turned myself into "fook master" Aquasure. Every day my responsibilities is to apply fook in filter. Note you Aquasure I will not buy new filter, even if I buy I will buy a new one and not from you guys. If required I will innovate my own filter . You people refuse to provide any warranty or support is like biggest fraud of your life. How can you guys be so pathetic.

A good product from Aquaguard. Less price and quality product which can be used to filter tap water or tube well water also. It will only remove some suspended particles, chlorine as well as other impurities in water which can be seen with naked eyes. I won't recommended this product for pathogen as well as microbes removal as it uses a basic water filter technology. But still it can be used for trekking or traveling purposes where you cannot easily get a clean potable water. I would say go for this one only if you are looking for cheap on the go water purifier. Will not let you down.
