It works instantly! I am 44 and perimenopausal. Have been using soy isoflavones and black cohosh for years and they seemed to be enough in limiting hot flashes. This product works well, I could feel the effect and change in my hotoflashes and sleep pattern within 5 days, and as time went on It got better and better. After 2 month I felt so good i decided to only take it once a day and so I have for 1 year now and it works really well. I ran out this last spring and neglected to reorder, was thinking maybe I dont need it anymore, but I do! was off it for about 4 weeks and it was noticeable , especially the sleep!

I bought this to help with hot flashes, but after two weeks I had to stop because it really aggravated my breast cysts and gave me an intense itching and diarrhea all of which resolved about a week after stopping. I researched DT56A after and they were all side effects.

They worked, but they didn’t. I also am not a fan of the choice of capsules they chose to use for this supplement.

I heard this made in Israel supplement from a relative lives in Asia. I am so glad Amazon carry it and the price is very reasonable. I still have my period but I can feel something is wrong after 40. This supplement works on me. It's all nature and no any side effect on me. Update: after taking it for 2 months, i really feel my body overall improving and I will definitely keep taking it to stay young.

After trying many things (can not use estrogen had DCIS and estrogen sensitive)including peredin C my MD suggested Femarelle. It worked but I worry about the soy in it. I spoke with the American Cancer society and they seemed neutral about the soy. So right now I am taking and not suffering from the "power surge" and hoping the soy is not a problem The cost of shipping is very high.

Make sure you start taking it in your 40s as you are approaching menopause. My Godmother suggested this product, and she lives in Europe. She never got hot flashes. I purchased some of this product in Europe, and I am thankful that I can get here in the US through Amazon. I had hysterectomy 6 years ago. Now 50. Still no hot flashes. Love this product. I take one pill in the morning and one before nighttime.

Has helped me sleep better and perspire less. I'm 71.
