Great product. Exactly as described. The matte black looks fantastic and installation instructions were clear and easy to follow. They do recommend an electric drill to make starter holes for the drywall plugs but I just used a manual screwdriver and some larger screws I had lying around and that worked perfectly. Best advice is get the tiny tightening screw at the bottom threaded a little bit onto the ring mount first before putting it on the wall that way you dont have to fiddle with trying to get the screw started upside down with no visibility while trying to hold the ring mount, the allenkey and the screw.

The toilet paper holder no longer works. It keeps coming loose over and over until it eventually falls apart and becomes completely useless.
