Got this in 2020 lockdown and still use it at home now! I order wax beads. I use it for waxing my chin. Super easy and great product!

For the price I wasn’t expecting amazing but only used it twice it’s been ok. The temperature print has rubbed off so I have to ‘wing it’. But does the job it’s supposed to.

I struggle with hirsutism as you can see, so I wasn’t sure this product would handle the coarse hair on my chin for the price. But I was pleasantly surprised. Will take a couple of attempts to master the removal when the wax is applied. But I’m more than happy with this product!

Haven't tried yet but looks promising. Reason why I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it only came with 2 packs of hard wax beans instead of 4! I want my other 2 packs since they were advertising 4 packs that is false advertising!

Metal bowl you drop the wax in is bad desig, sharp edges, ensuring you cut your finger even with lightest touch? 3 of us used this and we all got cuts on our fingers. The amount of wax included is not enough to do entire body. Its enough for arms and legs only. The purple was is very weak and won't remove coarse hair. Bowl next to impossible to clean after each use as was sticks all over it too well.Wax included ok only to remove fine hairs on forearms and hamstrings.

Great little waxing kit comes in a nice waxing pot with a temperature dial so you can set it to the temperature you like. You get a metal basket that sits inside that you can pop in and out for easy cleaning once wax is used up. You get four different colours of waxing melts that you put in to heat up then you mix it whilst all the little balls start to melt. Very easy to use you get wooden stirrers and wooden sticks to transfer onto your legs and to flatten into a nice evenly layer then you let it dry and pull it off pulling it up towards you. The plastic cover at the top stops it from leaking out and you can place the waxing wooden sticks on top. I have really sensitive skin so I'm really pleased with it as it did not cause any irritation or rash. Happy customer

The wax beads were good, did a decent jobBut the wax heater itself is so dangerous. I plugged it in, and it heats the product really quickly, but I think it is way too powerful, it started sparking and ended up fusing all plug sockets upstairs in my house. I know I am not the only one with this issue, as there was a previous lady who had a similar issue with this (stated in reviews below) quite disappointed as I now have other issues to resolve.

I was sick to the back teeth of facial hair notably nose and ear hairs. Years of 'trimming' had proved fairly successful but more often just annoying. 20 minutes on google and a couple hours research led me to buy this product. I have no previous experience with wax or waxing. This kit is excellent and a weekly regime of less than 15mins waxing my ears and nose does the job brilliantly - hair completely gone - problem solved!. The product is superb. . The whole kit I have found well made, robust, neat, well thought out and easy to use. I can adjust the wax to the exact consistency that works for me. So trimmers are in the bin! .... FIVES STARS.It is coming up to nearly a year now and I am happy to report I am still using the product and still doing the same regime with it very successfully so still FIVE STARS.
