5x. I weigh 315 and these fit me perfectly. I will wear them when I’m outside of my home. I will definitely order more when these are out. They’re very comfortable, not tight around the legs or waist. They pull up and down easily. When I have urge they keep the leakage inside.

The pad is larger snd thicker so more absorbsnt! Not comfortable for daily use but absolutely wunderful for overnight!? No leaks - no bed linen issues! Great night of sleeping!

After trying several brands, these are the ones that my 85-year-old mother loves. They are more absorbent and much softer than others we have tried. Easy removable with the tear away seems.
