Ingredients says in the description that is is pure strawberry powder. But it has maltodextrin as additive

Used it for cakes and it literally ruined it.

Good zip lock packaging, easy to store and use and can be used for a long time. We used this for mikshakes at first and the taste was so good that we tried it in a custard next. 🥰 We're strawberry lovers and since good quality strawberries aren't available all year round this hidden gem is a saviour. Do not buy. I mixed this with milk. It gives rotten taste and smell
