Excellent ladder - one of the best in the market as none other than this model gives such a great foot spacePros:- Foot space is broad and steps are carefully designed for stability- Material used in foot space is high grade plastic with some grooves to hold u and to make anti slip ergonomic- The holder in the top step is excellent and it provides very accurate hold for the ladder preventing it to move away or slip away- Leg bushes are also anti slippery - not the one as shown in image but something similar- Light weight easy to move around- Knee support is a great one on the top with cushion which can help your hands hold with comfort or even your knees when you are working from the top stepCons:- You should be a bit cautious on fixing the ladder and folding it back as the mechanism is not a straight forward one. Not a great concern as this type of complex mechanisms are needed to hold it firm and its for your own safety.Overall, I would definitely recommend this as every household needs one of these mandatory. Please get rid of the old wooden stool with 5 steps and occupying heavy space and very heavy in lifting and getting it to other areas. Do not go for anything more than 5 steps as it will not be comfortable and it will be too tall.

It is heavy but it is much needed in my home it is versatile and the ease of folding and keeping it is very simple and it is highly comfortable and fits in most places

Near & good product.

The ladder is sturdy and good, however the packaging was certainly bad. Because of lack of proper cushions small chunks of plastic base (which prevents the ladder from slipping) broken. Also the screws on the back rubbed with plastic sections on the back - which eroded a bit. Very small defects - but otherwise the product is very reliable. You can climb without the fear of falling which makes it a class apart from other ladders.Secondly the promotional offer of additional 14 multi-purpose buffers don't come with the product - not sure how it would reach. However after placing order in the delivery message it says the same.

It is for occasional domestic use. The quality seems to be adequately good in terms of strength of the material used (iron frame and Plastic/PVC steps). It may not be suitable for continuous or commercial use. Hope the screws and rivets used are strong enough and rust proof. The plastic lock given on the topmost step does not seem to be too strong. They should have provided a metal lock here. The user has to be careful and patient while locking the ladder. Any undesirable force may break this plastic lock.Weight: The material used is either iron or thick Aluminum. So it is not so light. But at the same time it is not too heavy also. One person can easily carry it from one place to another.Height without opening (for storage purpose): 68” (5.66’).Total width from outer end to end: 18” (1.5’).Width of the step: 14.5” (1.2’).Vertical height after spreading the ladder and locking it:1st Step: 10.5” (less than a foot)2nd Step: 20” (1.66’)3rd Step: 29” (2.41’)4th Step: 39” (3.25’)5th Step: 49” (4.08’)I am 5’9’’. While standing on the 3rd Step, my head touches the fan (ensure the fan is off if you are using it below the fan). On 4th Step, I can easily reach up to the ceiling and replace the fan from the hook, if required. But on 4th and 5th Steps, since the C.G. becomes higher, there is a chance of the ladder tumbling sideways. So at this level you may need someone to keep it secured in place lest it may tumble to the left or right. However, Forward and Backwards, it is quite well secured. I think this issue will be there in these kinds of ladders of any brand.I knew that I won’t require more than 4 steps, but I bought this 5-step ladder just in case I ever required the 5th step. While working if the 5th step is not being used then it can be used for keeping tools like pliers, screws, insulation tape etc.

Build quality is superb … worth buying
