The product is ok ok i mean it was not straightening my hair at first but now it did but not fully straight and also the product lock is not working at all i tried doing everything nd it's still not working you can buy it if you want hairs straight for some minutes cuz i just straighten my hairs it's not even been 10 minutes my hairs are almost looking like my normal hairs the bangs are getting back to their shape the hairs are getting back to normal don't buy if you want the hair to be straight still your next shower or atleast for 1-2 hours cuz this product ain't for that Update : hi y'all so actually I gave the replacement order of this straightner nd today I got it nd the lock is perfect when I was straightening my hairs they were getting easily straight unlike the other time with that straightner nd it's been like 5-6 hours since I straighten my hairs nd they're still the same so y'all should definitely buy this product also y'all can see the 2nd pic for the proof nd btw first pic was clicked when I used the damaged straightener before the replacement

Worst experience with Amazon
Worst product ever …. Hair don’t get straight anymore and when I tried to return the product they are not allowing me to return it . Tried to exchange the product ,request raised but till date no one has came yo pickup the product. And now I am helpless This was the pathetic experience with Amazon.
