Great affordable Design Monitor which does its job its designed for!
Excellent screen with accurate colour and good build quality. Screen is light matt finish and hence no reflection to bother with. No eye strain even after long hours of reading and design related work (after display setting adjustments). The design is robust with a simple yet, well finished and functional with 90deg screen rotation and adjustable height with good cable management. The control panel for display adjustment is capacitive (responsive enough and simple) and comes with a separate on/off mechanical switch which is a good feature. Also, this product comes with various cables except HDMI, which needs to be bought separately.Overall Im highly satisfied with this product. However note that this is NOT a preferred choice for gaming since it has a refresh rate of only 60Hz, ample for design, movies, coding and reading.

Brilliant purchase I have ever made
PROS:1. Color accurate monitor for this price range. Whitest white I have ever seen in a monitor apart from Apple displays.2. Quality display. No dead pixels, no corner shadows, no ununiform backlight bleeding3. As a developer, I love the screen rotation feature. Additionally, I can swivel, tilt and even hight adjust. The stand is the best I have ever seen in a monitor.5. Ports are sufficient and practical. Don't make a fuss about Type-C. Because the HDMI can easily handle since the resolution is only 2K.6. The resolution is exactly at the sweet spot. Don't buy 4K, since that will be an overkill and of no use.CONS:1. The bezel is little bit dated. But who cares, when you are actually purchasing this wonderful piece with the price of just 19300 RS ?

Monitor getting turned off automatically
Monitor gets turned off for 2-3 second while playing games(2hour plus gaming). Which is annoying. Colour accuracy is on point. Adjustments are super nice. Can twist and turn and the buttons are touch sensitive. Very cool except the turning off of monitor.

Effortless
I purchased this to use it as a main monitor for office work(mostly writing code) during this covid19 WFH situation. I am thoroughly enjoying the screen so far. Text is crisp. Really appreciate the extra screen space while still providing beautiful color rendition and effortless polished pictures in whatever you watch. Out of the box there were no dead pixels. Hope it stays the same. It's an IPS so light bleed is expected but well within limits. I didn't find the bleed to be bad at all. Some have also complained about poor quality speakers, I find them more than adequate quality and loud for a monitor. The bezels look a little outdated but at this price I am not complaining, neither is it obtrusive. My criteria for purchase were- 24in, qhd(for the higher ppi), adequately priced, don't care about response times. If these are your criteria too, you can't find a qhd monitor better than this in the price bracket. Pretty sure it can stand toe to toe wrt color accuracy and picture quality with monitors in much higher price bracket with 8bit panels. If you are a pro gamer you will need something with better response time. Otherwise jump in, inspite of being a 5yr old model it will keep you happy.

Bang for your buck!
Overall an amazing screen for the price. Firstly this screen is not made for gaming but productivity. The only advantage is if you want to play games at 2k resolution. Personally I bought this screen for photo editing and coding. I was eyeing the Dell U2415. Below are some points that beat the Dell monitor.Pros:- Acurate color reproduction and super bright- Solid build quality- amazing clarity and sharpness. Only 2k monitor under 20k that produces accurate colors.- Best pivot stand for both horizontal and vertal movement with height adjustment- Factory calibrated as per ColorRec standards.- Good software and setting options with color profiles- Decent number of ports and connectivity.- BenQ makes the best screens and overall a great IPS pannel with little back light bleeding (only in one corner)-Decent speakers.- solid stand with rubber grips.- matte finish better than dell monitorsCons:- Thick bezels as compared to competition. Makes it less aesthetic. But who cares for that when you need an accurate monitor.- thicker and heavier as compared to competition.- No HDMI cable included in the box.If you need a monitor for editing purposes, go for this one!

True in color and durable also. I am writing review after 4 years of use. And still it's my primary monitor.

Budget 2K monitor for color accurate needs
Update after 2 years: Got more than 5 dead pixels. At first Benq tech person said it it dust. Such a shame that company like Benq has dumb technicians. Even after many emails they denied to replace the panel. All the claims about 3years warranty are sham. Such pathetic panel life and harrowing customer support are for their pro range monitors. Not buying Benq ever and not at all recommending to professionals.Old review: A very good budget friendly monitor for color accurate requirements. The IPS glow does exist, but with correct angle, it won't affect the work or output. The screen is not super matte like Dell, so having a dark background in the room will help.Gamers, please do not consider this. This is built for photo/ video editing and color grading.
