Very useful

Bought the Tata Swach Cristella even after reading some negative reviews here because I needed to replace HUL PureIt which is now out of the market. It is definitely lighter than the PureIt and the body seems less sturdy. The design is also more DIY type. Received a properly packed product. Assembling it was not a very smooth process especially because the manual doesn't seem detailed enough. There was no flow to the lower chamber in the first round and when I took out the cartridge, I realised I had missed peeling off the small sticker on its bottom. In the second round once the water started reaching the lower chamber, there was leakage from the bottom. I had to keep tightening the tap even though it did not seem it would turn anymore. Once this was done, the leaking stop. The taste of the water seems fine. Will have to observe over the next few days if it works smoothly. Decent filter for the price it's available at, especially if the cartridge lasts as long as it promises to.

I bought this product based on decent reviews but not sure if it is my bad luck i received a detective product and the Packaging is of most low quality, i received the package in open condition!!! it was so poorly packed. I installed the product and to my utter dismay there is constant water leakage near the tap, after 4 hours of attempting to fix the problem i realised it was not worth it. The plastic used is of a very low quality. The only pro is the ease of installation...Hope others have better luck with this product. Returning it back within 24 hours of purchase...

The filtration part is good, looks and asthetic is good the only major flaw is if the bottom part is full then it's starts leaking from the partition gaps when top part also has water.So if you want to use it, then keep the top part empty if the bottom part is full which made no sense but that's what guy from customer care told us. Anyways product good but due to this flaw returned it.

This is a review after one month usage. Initially there was leakage from the tap knob due to some gap between the washer and the tap. Needed an adjustment every alternate day. But once I refitted it now after almost 20 days, there is no leakage. About taste, my tap water has bleaching mixed from the corporation. From day one, I don't smell any bleaching powder from the filtered water. It seems I am more healthy with this filter as it doesn't take away all the minerals in ground water. Built quality is good. I am giving it four rating only because of the leakage problem initially and also for the taste of the water. Please buy this product of you are looking for am economic option.

Since I get municipal water supply, I do not use RO for drinking water purpose. Normally I boil water and used to filter it through Aquasure. There was a problem of cartridge replacement and therefore bought this unit. As per the product literature, I don't have to boil the water anymore. There is a pre-filter which removes any suspended solids. And the cartridge removes bacteria/organics and make the water suitable for drinking. Very low cost source for pure drinking water.Using this for the 1st time. Assembling the unit is very easy. So far, so good. I like the unit.

A top quality water filter. Its very easy to assemble. The only problem was the tap as water was leaking from the joint where it was attached to the filer. The problem was solved by adding another washer to the front of the tap.It is also easy to check the water levels of both compartments. Overall a very good buy. I hope they give a better quality tap.
