It's so smart, it just runs itself!
I was very excited to get my first dash Cam. I have been wanting one for a few years now. This is a great entry level system and it’s aggressively priced. However, there were a couple of items that I think should have been included, even as an optional package. First, the microSD memory card isn’t included and is needed for the camera to work. I know that many people may already possess one or two cards and because I haven’t needed one since my digital camera days, all my cards were too small, old and slow. The nice thing is that they are now very cheap. I found a highly rated 64GB high speed C10 card for under ten bucks and works well with the camera. Next is the power cord. It does come with one that plugs into a 12v cigarette lighter outlet and that worked well for me. If you no longer have one in your newer car, you will have to purchase a voltage drop adapter cable that can be hard-wired into your electrical system and then plug the other end into the USB-C camera port. My biggest complaint is that the included “simple instructions” are less than desirable, and the print is incredibly small. It would have been nice if they included a QR code that would take you to a readable set of instructions. Once I figured out how to get into the menu, I played around with the settings to figure them out. I mounted the camera, plugged it in, and it automatically just started recording. The great thing is that it just runs itself, nothing else you need to do. I would suggest watching your videos from time to time to make sure you are getting the videos you want. To save space on my small Jeep Wrangler windshield, I got the one with the 2-inch screen. To preview the videos, I found it best to eject the memory card and plug it into a computer. All-in-all, I think the camera works well, and I do recommend it to anyone who wants to try and decide if a dash Cam is needed, without dropping a ton of money.

If You Drive Professionally, You Need to Be Protected
So last December I was involved in a pretty bad car accident, fortunately for me there were witnesses who watched the whole thing and stayed to tell police. But after a close call with a tractor trailer truck that jackknifed behind me in a sudden stop in traffic and literally hit every other car except mine, but other than the photo and video that I took afterwards, if nobody else had seen it happen, we’d have had a really hard time finding the trucker from California who hit everyone because after the accident, he drove down the shoulder of the road and left before cops arrived. I vowed to myself that I would never let anything like that happen again without full video. So when I saw this dashcam and its ability to capture such a large range of video, I knew it was perfect. I got the one with the smaller screen, I have a backup camera built in to my car so it isn’t as important to see the screen in the moment. It has an SD card and port so you can record and store any videos that may be needed. I believe it’s a 32Gb storage. It is lightweight but feels pretty well designed. So you should be able to install it without the fear of it falling off. There is a base that sticks to the front dash window that you can attach the camera to, and it allows you to easily remove it if needed. It was super easy to install and it doesn’t take up much room in the way of visual driving ability. In the package there is a camera that can be mounted in the rear of the car if you don’t already have one or would like a second one. Then there is the main camera that has 3 cameras. The 2 side cameras can be rotated to any position you want or may need. You do have to manually move them. There is also the camera on the front that can record everything in front of you. Again the video screen is a bit small, but it is a crisp picture. It works great for a true 360° view and recording of your car and surroundings. I did not try out its WiFi capability, but with newer model cars, you should be able to connect the camera to your car directly for a larger screen. I feel safer having it in my car, especially with all the crazy, road rage drivers in Colorado. It’s a great price for everything it can do. If you’re on the road regularly, if you’re a rideshare driver, or even a professional truck driver like my fiancé, it’s a small price to pay to provide a record in the event of an accident or accusation.

A Lot of Dash Cam for a Little Money
For the modest price, this 4-Channel Dash Cam packs in a surprising amount of capability. Let me set expectations: if you're hoping for Hollywood-level video quality, this isn’t the camera for you. But if you want solid, reliable footage that could save you a world of trouble someday, this little device is a bargain. If you’re a wild driver, you might not want a dash cam recording your greatest hits. But for the rest of us, having a record of what happened—especially when it wasn’t your fault—is the kind of insurance that can really pay off. What really impressed me is how this tiny unit covers four angles at once. It tucks neatly under the rear-view mirror, and installation is straightforward—just make sure you commit to the correct placement before sticking the mount down. Clean the glass with the included wipes, point the front cam where you want it, and you're off. The two side cameras swivel, which I love. If you have young drivers, you could even point them inward to keep an eye on passengers and discourage cellphone shenanigans. Personally, I aimed them outward to widen the field of view. Video quality? Not great—but definitely good enough for documenting events, which is what really matters. And considering it’s recording from four different cameras at the same time, it’s pretty impressive. If you watch my video, you’ll notice the footage is a bit choppy; I suspect my SD card isn’t up to the task. A few other notes: • You’ll need your own Micro SD card. It doesn’t have to be huge—the cam automatically deletes old clips to make room for new ones. • The fourth camera mounts on the rear window, but you’ll have to run the wire all the way back there. • It has a parked-vehicle monitoring mode that triggers recording when it senses motion—but for that, you’ll need a voltage-drop adapter that plugs into your car’s OBD2 port. If your battery gets too low, the adapter cuts power to protect it. All things considered, for the price and the feature set, this is a surprisingly capable little dash cam system.

Great angles from the cameras
I really like how the camera can be adjusted to get the perfect angle. The video quality is clear, and setup was easy. It gives a full view around the car and feels like a great upgrade for the price.
