-Star!!! Don't waste your time or money on this product!!!
Worst product that I have bought from Amazon ( and I have bought a lot of stuff), let me start with the handle coming off the first time we used it, then the sandwich got stuck to the toaster, despite using a lot of butter, if I could give it a minus star I would!!! Don't waste your time or money on this product!!!

Very poor..
I even don't want to rate 1 star because this iteam is totalky waste.. I prepare sandwiches first time and the black coating of this iteam goes off.. I hate this iteam..

Product was damaged when received and accordingly reported to replace in due time.But surprise to know that the said prodct can't be return.Let you clarify why this?
