Petra Imports 9 Foot Tan Market Umbrella w/Side Flaps. Crank w/Auto Tilt Feature

They are ok. Not as sturdy as others I have bought, but not $100 either... If they last a couple of years then I still think they will have been a good buy.

I ordered this umbrella in 2012. At first I thought it was a little flimsy but later changed my mind it acually looks good. After one season fabric has holes. It seemed flimsy when we got it and one season's use has proved it.

This item is a large 9 ft. umbrella, as stated. It came super quick. It does seem a bit wobbly at the top where it tilts, but so far it is working out fine.

had to return first umbrella sent...crank broke out of housing.Co. replaced umbrella after learning of problem. Second umbrella does not allow full extension of umbrella beyond the tilt mechanism...we are waiting for strings to stretch over time in hopes that by spring we will be able to extend umbrella above the tilt mechanism and tilt the umbrella. Meanwhile is functional for keeping rain off an outside table.

I received a defective umbrella ( frayed cord) which can happen . I e-mailed Petra and gave them a negative review. They contacted me immediately and offered a replacement or refund.. When I say immediately I mean within an hour. I take that negative review back, and commend them for their outstanding customer service and their concern that the customer is satisfied. I'm going to take a replacement because it really is a beautiful umbrella for the price. I definitely would do business with them in the future.

this umbrella broke after a few weeks use. all the roping came completely off. how can i get refund? it is a nice looking umbrella, but did not last.

Our outside umbella was blown away never to be seen again during a storm early this past summer.Friends were coming to visit in a few weeks. Amazon is now much more than just a book & music site!We found the ideal umbella-just what we wanted-, and a happy weekend was had by all!
