Disappointed in Disappointing - Optimum Nutrition L-Glutamine Powder Where do I even begin? I was excited to try Optimum Nutrition's L-Glutamine Powder for advertised muscle recovery benefits. Unfortunately, my experience was a total let down. Here's why this product gets a single star from me: Did Nothing Noticeable: I followed the instructions perfectly, consuming the powder for a full month post-workout. Sadly, I saw zero difference in my recovery time or muscle soreness. Unimpressive Dose: At only 5g per serving, the glutamine content feels low compared to other options on the market. Bland But Difficult to Mix: While the unflavored powder is a plus for versatility, it doesn't mix well. Get ready for a clumpy mess in your protein shakes or water. Overall, Optimum Nutrition's L-Glutamine Powder is a forgettable product. The small serving size, lack of results, and mixing issues make it a waste of money. There are far better options out there for athletes or fitness enthusiasts looking to support muscle recovery. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone

Good product but slightly overpriced
Mixes well in water. You can add it into your beverage of choice (juice/sherbet). Has a mild taste but almost unnoticeable. No fragrance. It comes with a measuring scoop inside the container. It seems slightly overpriced though.
