Wuality has gone fown
The product quality has really gone down. Earlier it used to be very good. The threads keep coming out everyday, not a pleasant experience

Great to reload the mop stick. Fibres need to be improved as they tend to break

Very poor quality!
While the original one that came as a set was good and lasted over many months of regular use, the refill has not even been a month and the thread is getting cut and disintegrated... This is not expected from Gala.. Are refills made to last as good as the original or is the company trying to make a quick buck by selling inferior quality refills!

Good product but 2 things I don’t like.
Good product and very easy to handle but 2 things I did not like: 1. no care in packing so the pipe got dents. 2. Amazon usually gives at least small discount but this was sold for MRP but I found this product in store for less than the amazon price

It’s not good. Though density of mop is good, it leaves lot of white dust after mopping. You need to sweep again after mopping.
