Original Pressed Powder Foundation Mineral SPF 15 – Talc-Free, Luminous Finish, Buildable Coverage, Vegan, Clean Beauty

This is the BEST pressed powder BareMinerals has. But they keep changing the formula of their pressed powders. It's so frustrating. I hope they keep this one. It has more coverage than BarePro, which is surprising as the coverage on this is rated lower. I have sensitive skin, rosacea and pores. It covers redness wonderfully and also doesn't make my pores look worse. The models are maintained so I picked the same model that was used for my BarePro shade and it's a perfect match.Update: this product developed "hardpan"/"glazing" but only in the middle of the pan. I do apply the brush to the outer perimeter as well. This is the first time I've experienced this.

It’s a light buildable powder that masks flaws. The shade was spot on. It’s good for medium coverage.

i’ve been using the original loose powder for 25 years. The pressed powder is as good as and I think will last longer.

I am a loyal bareMinerals (bM) user. I have been for over a decade (15+year). I would try other products but always ended up going back to bM. bareMinerals just works better with my skin and I'm telling you I always get so many compliments from other women from all ages about how beautiful and flawless my skin is and it's really not it just how bM makes my skin look! And I do tell them that. Anyways! I saw this I was so excited to give it a try, especially because it's a compact powder and in my shade! So from a dedicated user bM tinted moisturizer buttercream 03 and original loose powder neutral 06 among many other bM products on a daily bases, I can say I don't care to use the Original Pressed Powder Neutral 06 as base. What I mean is when I first put my makeup on in the morning I don't care to use this Original Pressed Powder Neutral 06 as my foundation for the day. Personally, I just find it off from the coverage and look that I'm use to with the Original Loose Powder Neural 06. Keep in mind though that's from my personal experience. However, I do find it useful to use throughout the day for touch-ups and for that reason I love it! Now I don't get loose powder every where for touch ups and it's smaller to carry. And it's not that bM Original powder comes off throughout the day. It's my skin with shiny spots and as I have got older because I'm 40😳😭 this year my pores are getting larger😤... yep getting older has some great advantages and not so great ones... who would have thought 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤣😉! So for those reasons I need touching up throughout the day and this is a gamer changer for me personally and I'll buy it again to use but for that reason alone. With that being said the the case itself is made very sturdy. The design was well thought out! The mirror inside is a nice addition, along with sponge applicator and the compartment to store the sponge. Personally, I don't care to use the sponge to apply the product, but as a loyal bM user I am so use to applying my powder with a brush so this could be why. I, also, really didn't like the design of "bM" add into the powder. While it makes it look nice, it made the product harder to use which was very annoying. Once I worked my way through the design though the product did become easier to use. The color matches the Original Loose Powder Neutral 06 perfectly! And it covers beautifully! Overall this is still a really great product!! (the picture is of me literally right after finishing apply the foundation and I did make sure to turn the filters off before I took the picture. Not that anyone wants to see this but I could zoom in and see the pores on my face. I'm saying that so if you try you can see there's no filters. And the other pictures... well that's the product and just some of my bM products to show... long time bM user here.)

I am very frustrated with this purchase bc i really love the product but when it arrived some of the makeup was broken up inside the compact. I didnt like that but not too big of a deal. Then I put it in my purse with all my other makeup and the next day almost half of the makeup was broken in small pieces; by the end of the week every part of it was in crumbles. I tried bare minerals after using clinique for years to see if I liked it better. I loved the coverage and how the color matched but my clinique never crumbled in my purse. I will not buy again

Bare Minerals is top notch makeup. I am 51 years old and my skin needs 'better' makeup so that it doesn't look so textured. I like this pressed powder a lot but the color I bought is too light for my skin. I will have to go to Ulta and get the perfect shade for me and then I'll buy on Amazon if I can't get to the store. I absolutely love Bare Minerals.
