Excellent product
Excellent product. Very good finish and looks. Can even take the weight of a big towel. One problem the arm does not move. It is fixed at one place only and that is the reason of giving one star less.

Inaccurate product dimensions
Total length mentioned is 23cm, factually it is only 20cm. Towel hanging portion length is only 17cm, whereas standard towel/kitchen paper roll is 20cm.
