It's easy to soak in water and drink. It gives an extra boost of energy and is worth the money. I love the taste and its mixability. A small teaspoon is effective. Although I haven't been consistent in tracking my weight loss, it works well and keeps you feeling full. A little in the morning goes a long way. Just be careful not to drink too much to avoid constipation.

I bought the powder form of chia to get a smoother texture but what I didn't know is that the powder doesn't form a semi solid pudding. Only the whole chias make a firm pudding. Just in case you want to make puddings, use the whole chia, not this, but otherwise it is great.

Worked well. Well grounded, spreadable easily and as usual I enjoyed it. No complaints on this particular order
