STP Carb Spray can
STP Carburetor sparay works well on old and new carburetors and choke units on heavy petrol engines. i have used it on a 3.0L 4 cylinder Mercruiser engine and was good enough with a few sprays during engine off and running RPM. Please be careful during engine running as this is highly flammable. Helps clean the internal parts without dismantling to quiet a good level. would recommend to avoid use directly on o-rings or seals...as the solvent might damage them. as this one is a carb spray and not the injector spray..which have a milder chemicals in it. Highly recommended for serious mechanics or very sticky, gummed carburetors which need deep cleaning without dismantling. while using with engine running ensure the throttle lever is open over 50% and give short burst of spray...ensure moving the can away as soon as you spray inside the butterfly area...best if you can use a spray pipe( normally supplied with WD40 cans.

Now my car is running smooth
Earlier my car used to give jerk on accelerating it. Now after using STP Carb cleaner my car running very smooth abd idle RPM also stable now. It's a very good and reliable product.

Good buy but read my note on usage
My Swift VXi is 5+ years old, 46K km. Please understand that these cars and most modern cars are NOT carburetted engines. However, this spray is a potent grease buster. I tried a few times to blow it in (towards the throttle body) through the air-box but today took it to my mechanic. Made him open up the air box pipe to directly access the throttle body. I was surprised to see visible muck and grime. The spray was used liberally and the car is more responsive! During the weekend I will have the throttle body taken out and cleaned.
