Chandelier completely transformed our entryway! It’s absolutely stunning in person—photos don’t do it justice. The quality of the crystals is excellent, and the raindrop design adds such elegance and drama to our high ceiling foyer. It fits perfectly in our staircase area and gives off the perfect amount of light. Installation does take some time due to the size and detail, but the final result is 100% worth it. We’ve gotten so many compliments already. Highly recommend for anyone looking to make a bold, beautiful statement in their home!

Gorgeous! Buy it—don’t wait! I hired electricians to install and hang the crystals on my 18 ft ceiling. I got the 32x79 size—perfect dimensions and length. Installation was definitely time-consuming, but the crystals came pre-attached. You’ll need to gently unpack them from the light fixture. No light bulb purchase required. This was about 60LB chandelier. Disregard my baby crying in the background.

This is a beautiful chandelier wide and lengthy. Amazing look once installed. I had shell out more than chandelier's cost to get it installed. It took 6 hrs for two expert electrcians to fit on to my ceiling with help of scaffolding. It is beautiful and thought that it is worth for hardwork until I did not see remote. Once switched it on I am stuck with bright daylight white settings, I cant change color modes on it as described in product description. Reached out to seller with question, but no response. Contacted Amazon support about it, sadly worst experience from Amazon associates, they asked to send product back for replacement 🙃 I clearly mentioned that I am not looking for refund but according to them only option what they have is return item which is practically impossible after shelling out so much money and time installing it. If you are ok with single mode brightness it is good or else stay away from this product.

It looked stunning, very heavy, highly recommend a professional installation using scaffolding, ensure proper anchoring to studs. My guy installed using just a ladder, didn’t get into attic, unfortunately it has fallen down, luckily narrowly escaped falling on someone. This is not a DIY item unless you are a pro. It looked majestic while it was up. Good luck. BTW I had another lighter version installed later.

I absolutely love this chandelier! While it wasn’t difficult to assemble, it did take some time—but it was absolutely worth it. The quality is fantastic for the price, and I adore the way the lights change color. It truly adds a stunning touch to the room. Highly recommend!

This is a great quality product. The crystals are dense and sturdy. Let me share what worked great and few tips (plus ideas to save few $$ if you intend to hire a professional for installation): 1. The packaging could have been better. First time they delivered had broken crystals. Requested for return and replacement. Second delivery did not have any broken crystals. 2. Installation takes about 8-10hours for the entire thing. Professional installation could turn very expensive. I hired an electrician to help install only the base mount on the ceiling. It took him 2hrs just to install it. Then “borrowed” 14-ft ladder for a day to hang crystals all by myself. Installing crystals takes 6-8hours but it is easy to do. This was cheaper than hiring professional to do the whole installation. 3. The strings tangle up when you unpack. So follow their instruction to unpack strings from the center and work your way towards outside. Its easy to untangle strings once you hang crystals. 4. Use gloves otherwise you will end leaving fingerprints on the crystals.

Instructions/manual is terrible. Took more than 10hrs by 2 handymen using scaffolding. They’re very frustrated due to the strings getting tangled. I’m giving 2 star because of the pathetic installation process
