This is a very cute birthday book, especially for those Eric Carle lovers! I bought this for my child's hungry caterpillar themed birthday. The illustrations are colorful and adorable, we all really love this book. This would be a great alternative to a traditional birthday card, as you could even write a note on the inside for the recipient!

Bought this book to read to the birthday children in my classroom. Perfect little Eric Carle book with a sweet message! Each child gets excited when it’s their turn to hear the birthday story.

The book was delivered in a clear plastic wrapping that proved it was in a new, unused condition as ordered. It was not damaged as far as ripped edges or etc. It was the perfect "extra" gift for my little one's 1st Birthday. My little one was excited while reading the book and engaged. It is colorful, and has a perfect way of laying out images to where it's not too much and easy for a 1 year old to follow along. Some books fill the whole page with so much that I feel it's overwhelming to some kids, but not this one. I enjoy this author's collection of children's books, and so do my children. I got it on sale which was nice as well. It will make the perfect keepsake for my little one to pass along.

Bought this book for my nephew's first birthday because he loves 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar'. It's really cute, short, and sweet, and it'll be a nice birthday tradition book each year!
