Good for low fat diets
I wouldn't say I love these, but I am pregnant and having to follow a very low fat diet due to gallstones.These are one of the very few ready made snack foods that are less than 3% fat. Until I got these I was making all my food from scratch and getting kind of bored with the lack of satiety and blandness of a low fat diet. I'm on my second case of 36 bars now! (good value buying this many at once). They are sweet and fruity with quite a dense texture and the crispy bits are pleasant. They are a bit dry, but all low fat foods tend to be. I like that each bar is in 3 blocks so I can save a bit for later or share it with the kiddo quite easily.

Handy to have
Berry one is a Little too sweet but still nice. Cocoa one is delicious. Not biggest fan of the texture so I heat them up in the microwave and it's perfect.The date on the box is very close but I know they last much longer than this so not concerned.

I love TREK bars and this is a good value bulk purchase
I have always loved TREK bars, and this particular flavour is delicious and meets my current nutritional goals (very well balanced macro-nutrients).Its a bit frustrating that you get 12 packs of 3 bars in 1 larger box - a bit too much excess packaging for my liking - but at least the excess packaging is cardboard rather than plastic!
