Healthy Vitamin!
During the COVID-19 (and moving forward) my Dr. strongly recommended that I take double of what dosage was on the bottle (that was my Dr’s advice for me, so I am not suggesting it for you), but with compromised health I was happy to take something great that helps build immunity!

Be careful what you put in your body
This is the first time I bought this brand and it made me nauseated after I took it. I took it for 5 days to be sure it was this product and the nausea came on soon after taking it. I stopped taking it and the nausea went away.

This worked great
I needed a high dosage of Vitamin D to be used with Interferon Gamma. This product worked fine to keep up inmune system to face a Toxoplasmosis treatment. I'll be asking for another, soon!

Focus on Value
A yearly check-up found that I am Vitamin D deficient, like most American adults these days. My doctor prescribed 5000 IU of Vitamin D daily, and refused to recommend a brand, saying only to "make sure any vitamins you take are American-made." I followed her advice, and have taken Vitamin D sold under the Walgreens store brand, the Puritan's Pride brand, and this Metatrition brand.Truth be told, I feel no different, but my Vitamin D level now falls in the acceptable range. Since Metatrition is American-made, I feel assured of its quality and potency, but the other American-made brands worked just as well. To me, it comes down to cost: I buy the cheapest per-dose American-made Vitamin D tablet I can find. I recommend you crunch the numbers, and do the same. "Pennies saved eventually make dollars."
