The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this JPT 18v drill for over a week now, and I must say that it has completely exceeded my expectations. If you talk about its DESIGN, TORQUE, RPM, AND PERFORMANCE...this machine is seriously made for professional.The machine arrived in a strong and well-protected box...and I tried it on wood, concrete, and even stone. With the right drill bit, it even managed stone tasks quite well. As per my profession work on a full charging...the battery life was really impressive.The best thing I like about this machine is its strong and stable metal chuck. Their is NO WOBBLING and ALIGNMENT ISSUES. when I am testing on wood, concrete, and even stone.The last I would include in this review is about JPT Tools CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE. The employee behind the customer care are very polite and helping nature, I had a small query about torque settings, so I reached out to customer support. I was pleasantly surprised by their PROMPT AND HELPFUL RESPONSE.So, overall the product is 5 STAR RATED and a must-have for anyone. I highly recommend this CORDLESS DRILL MACHINE and appreciate the company for raising the bar for quality and customer satisfaction.

Worst customer service from seller.product was good.one battery defect. Not working.so I asked for Schengen.after 15 days the message showed up your return was lost on transit.then again managed to contact Amazon customer service and they helped me.dont buy anything from this seller.he won’t support you.

Good product for portable work

I tried the drill on wood and it worked ok, on a wall and it worked fine but it just couldn't penetrate a stone tried even with the impact mode but it was sweating.Edited Sept 24th 2024-Got the replacement from amazon 2 days ago, this time the box is intact but the chuck is wobbly which is an even bigger problem. I just didn't want to return it this time and contacted the customer support number which is given in the product listing pictures on Amazon to see how they would deal with these kinda issues. I texted them twice but got no reply just a pre-set message that someone will be in touch.I would like to add here that I have been living out of India and I have used cordless impact drivers wihle away and companies like Makita and Ridgid make really quality products. These kinds of issues which are an everyday occurrences here in Bharat are taken seriously in foreign lands. This kinda wobbly chuck should not have cleard the Quality testing (if there was one!), and I must mention that even those companies mfg. in China, so to brush away the matter saying that it is a cheap Chinese product would not do justice, this is a bigger problem. People of Bharat do not know their worth as customers and they think that since the item is not as expensive like in other countries they can let it go which is simply not true. If ppl start complaining about it these companies will listen.I am definitely returning this but all I want is ppl take time to review items, at least in brief if not like me. It is common to sell customer retuned/open box items and products with minor issues to be sold as NEW. Good product , nice , after fully charged the voltage only 16.79 volt only , not fully voltage charged.

Pros:1. Decent for the price2. Very compact case3. Power is good as mentionedCons:1. Build quality is not bad, doesn't feel like the branded ones.2. Should be careful and avoid dropping, because of the build quality.Summary: I ordered bosch 18v brushed cordless drill, but found the chuck wobble, tried for replacement, but it was getting delayed, so cancelled it and ordered this one.A good alternative to the expensive ones and a backup for power drill.
