Does this get hot? I saw the negative review

Nope. Not much heat output. The highest setting is cooler than a warm setting on any other make. I spoke with the manufacturer and was told that high is 120 degrees. I used a pretty accurate food rated thermometer and HOT reached 110 degrees F. Don't believe what the manufacturer posted about reaching 170 degrees.

According to our testing report the low level is approximately 113 F the medium level is approximately 131 F the high level is approximately 176 F.

Does this have moist heat therapy

I'm really surprised to see the seller/maker of this heating pad saying yes to your question; there isn't one word in the manual or anywhere else on the product and/or packaging that says anything about moist heat therapy. Then again there's a lot of other conflicting information on this product page as well as the instruction manual.
