This is just what we needed to put our now "classic" compact Nikon back in action. It is fun to use a "real" camera after relying on the cell phone so much. Real zoom lenses are much, much better than the digital version on a phone.

I just got this battery for my camera so I would not know about the life of it until many months of charge and discharge. Overall Im happy I found a replacement.

This little battery saved my Nikon COOLPIX S01 camera; I was about to toss it in the trash. There is nothing in the Nikon instructions that covers replacing the battery in this camera. After ordering the wrong battery based on a YouTube video, I was about to give up. Then I decided to open the sealed camera thinking it would matter if I ruined because I was going to trash it anyway. When I saw this little battery inside of it, I decided to give it a try. After figuring out which screws to remove, and being a little careful, I was able to install the battery which arrived in a couple of days. Viola, it worked quite well and I am a happy camper.

This was a good buy. I purchased it for my Nikon Coolpix camera.

I have not used them extensively, but they are holding a charge well using Nikon S560 Coolpix cameras. So far so good.

....it seems to do what a battery is supposed to do, not a lot to say on the subject..

product works well in the camera and am going to purchase another after the holidays.
