A friend who does a lot of vitamin/supplement research says gummies don't have as much efficacy as "real" pills (more ingredients & at higher volumes) & many say 2 or 3 a day is a "serving" which makes them even less cost-effective.

Lets preface this review by saying that you can’t expect to get optimal omega 3 intake from a gummy vitamin. They are essentially candy and sweeteners make up the first three ingredients on this product. That said, if I’m go to nibble on something sweet I’d much rather reach for something with at least SOME nutritional value. These gummies taste like Sour Patch Kids without the sugary coating. I would totally be able to sit down and eat a whole bag of these if they weren’t vitamins. The biotin strawberry flavored option isn’t nearly as good as these, as they are much chewier and tend to stick to your teeth. The omega 3 gummies are amazing though. Perfect blend of sweet and sour, and the right level of chewiness. I would definitely recommend them, but they should be used in conjunction with other supplements in my opinion.

Ok I’m not gonna lie - I was reluctant to open this bag. I’ve loved all of the other Vitafive products I’ve tried, but have always hated the previous Omega Items from other companies. Not a fan of fish oil I was just a skeptic. PEOPLE — these taste GREAT ! I actually had to check the bag to be sure I had the Omega 3 and not the vitamin C, they are just a wee bit more savory than some of the other single themed gummies in the product lineup, but they are good. I took them first, then my biotin and my elderberry. It’s like candy to end my breakfast.I love that this company values my vitamin experience as much as my vitamin benefit. Great packaging, fits anywhere, pretty on the counter and keeps them super soft all through the month,

This is an awesome product! Vegan, eco friendly, great taste, and healthy!! Im kind of like a child in that I don't like swallong pills and I always look for a chewable version if one exists. Im so happy I found vitafive! Will definitely be buying again

No fish taste, they taste great and slightly tart. Im sure taking the oily stuff is more potent but this is the only way i can take it! The oil is gross, the pills are too big to swallow and the smoothie cream stuff is too strong tasing. These are great!

Only reason i didn’t give 5 on flavor is cause it has a slight fishy flavor when you first start to chew it but it doesn’t stay with you and it doesn’t give you the “fish oil” burps. I willGet these again and again! If you need this type of supplement for your heart health this one is a plus
