I used the product per the directions, and it removed all surface scratches on my car. It really works! (It will not work on deep scratches that go down to the white undercoat. You need touchup paint for deep scratches.)

If you use this with Torque’s Mirror Shine, your vehicle will have a nice mirror finish. However, to doesn’t get rid of water spots very well. I spent an hour working on the hood of my truck. I applied several coats and followed up with the mirror shine and I still see the majority of water spots. My truck was near irrigation for a year or two and has a lot of hard water spots. I’ll have to look for something a little stronger. It would take me days to get rid of them.

I bought this with no expectations that this would actually get rid of any scratches, I hoped that it would at least hide some small scratches. After buffing out the scratches, I have to say I’m very impressed and pleased with this product! It obviously won’t hide deep scratches and it’s not getting rid of scratches but it does hide the scratches very well. It made my truck go from looking like I drove it through a bunch of bushes to a truck that has maybe 1-2 scratches on it.

I really expected more from this company. The product did remove some swirl marks, but the minor scratches around the door handles, etc. did not come out, even after repeated applications. I quit trying for great I would end ruining the clear coat. The ceramic coat did bring back the shine.

Absolutely fantastic stuff! Torque's whole lineup of detail products are easy to use and work phenomenally. The Reverse Scratch Remover easily polishes most surface scratches out and leaves you with a glass like finish. A little bit goes a LONG WAY. Obviously some scratches are beyond even this stuff's scope, so don't expect this to be an absolute fix all if you have deep scratches that have dug into the primer. However surfce scratches, paint swirls, hard water stains, and the like are EASILY restored by Reverse Scratch. Torque has a customer for LIFE here. I've worked for various dealerships and have used a myriad of different detail products and Torque has them beat by miles. Quality and price wise taboot!
