I accidentally set the lock without knowing what it was on. Fortunately, I found a YouTube video that taught me how to pick the lock. It was super easy! I would not recommend this lock for anything that is valuable, because of that fact. It worked great for keeping kids out of my lock box at camp though.

Good lock, but things to know:1) There is no rearranging the rings or letters... if you’re thinking of spelling your name or something easy to remember... nope. You can create a combo, but only with the letters in the rings that are available.2) The lock is solid when locked but it’s pretty sloppy (loose) when unlocked... like the connected side of the lock ring tilts at angles making it hard to shut unless you’re using both hands... so speedy closes.

Only thing I did not like about this lock is there are very limited amount of words you can make with the lock. If you just want jumbled letters - it is great!

We use these locks for places where various people will need access. It’s sooooo much easier to pass on a word rather than a series of numbers and the word is easily changed if needed. So far no issues.

I was worried about having to teach my middle schooler how to use a lock for PE, but this lock solved that problem! I’m so happy with it. It’s very heavy, durable, and easy to program.

The combination just stopped working after one week and we had to break it to get things out of the locker.

I loved the idea of letters vs. numbers, for the combination, so that's why i purchased these. Two of the seven didn't work. On one the whole lock separated from the body of it. On the second, the lock never disengaged from the body. The others weren't terribly sturdy, but they did the job.

Didn’t work. The combo rings were fused together. Hate to say it, but it appears to be an off-shore knock off. I had purchased a Masterlock which lasted years until I had to replace it. I thought I purchased the same thing, but apparently not.

Liked sturdiness of padlock and ease of resetting password to your desired word. Not all letters are available for your chosen password, however there are more than plenty available for you to create. I used padlock as part of Easter Egg hunt. Children had to solve riddle to open padlocked chest and find Eggs.

Bien. Bonne combinaison de mots mais principalement anglais, les molettes ne sont pas interchangeables pour multiplier les combinaisons. Manque un mode d'emploi pour changement de combinaison, mais en cherchant un peu utilisation facile
