Bob's Red Mill Cookie Mix, Gluten Free Chocolate Chip, 22 oz

I can't believe this stuff exists! So easy to make. So tasty. Even my friends who can eat gluten prefer these cookies. I make them with Melt vegan butter, and sometimes use a little oat milk or A2 milk instead of water to make them come out fluffy. But honestly the recipe on the back is perfect. Buy these now. 🍪

Oh my, oh my, oh my but do these cookies taste great! Very sweet. Takes all my will power to limit myself to 2 cookies, as I'm determined to watch my sugar consumption. Still, after the 2nd cookie I can hear the others calling to me from the fridge - "Just one more ... come on ..." I won't lie, it's a battle. Honestly, I wish they contained less sugar. That being said, these cookies are a very tasty gluten-free dessert.

I purchased this cookie mix since I know folks that cannot have gluten. This was the first time I purchased this mix so I was not sure what to expect. I made these cookies according to the recipe on the bag. I noted there was a minor problem with the mix holding together and the taste is pretty good as compared to a mix with full flour. I gave this item a rating of four stars since the shipping was good, there were lots of chips and my husband really likes these better than others. My husband said he preferred this cookie mix over the regular flour due to a better texture and flavor. If a person cannot not have gluten then this mix would be a good investment for you.

Good but very expensive

This mix makes very soft cookies. They also taste fantastic.

This mix had chocolate chips that crumbled and turned to dust in the mixing. Tasted not so good. I believe it was a stale mix. Waste of money. Expensive cookie mix that was not like what I’ve purchased in the store.
