Be aware about what you are going to purchase... . Ashwagandha is called ashwagandha cause it smells like horse literally... Can you believe it..... 😂🤣... Very difficult to consume it... And packaging box is of very poor quality plastic.... 👎

I have been having Ashwagandha for few months. I know the taste of pure Ashwagandha powder. This does not taste like it, but that can be due to more finer consistency. However, this product even dont smell like ashwagandha. Hence, I regret buying this. I do not recommend this product. Better buy from local Ayurvedic stores in small quantity, so that you can know when a product is not pure and discard it.

I bought it to drink with milk as it helps to increase height, and keep weight balanced. My height didn't increased, although I feel a bit taller(half inch I guess). Forget the height thing.. the best thing I found about this is it really helps to calm the mind and reduce stress. But taste is really bad, however that's how it is supposed to be. Helpful. Calming. I like it.

I like products of Jain Pharmacy. I've used a quite good number by now and found them genuine and appropriately priced. Any day will recommend. [Edit on 20 July 2016] - when i purchased 3 months ago it was for 660. Today it is showing just double. Someone said tastes bad. My response is - usually all powders (very dry and minutely crushed powders) given as medicine in Ayurveda are very bad in taste (you can take example of triphla or neem powder etc). What I usually do is take a spoon full (or recommended quantity) with luke warm milk in night. I take spoon, and take big sip of milk, try to mix in side my mouth first without letting it touch my throat and then kind of swallow it, followed by drinking few more sips of milk immediately. Medicines and medicines and we have to take them - even if they are not good in taste. We all discover our own ways to take it once we are determined to take it. Reviews here are meant to share its effectiveness and for me taste of medicine doesn't matter. Hope this review helps you decide.
