Awesome product
Thank you so much! You have made it possible for this Grandma to bake for her grandchildren! I've had 2 from different families with Celiac and another condition. Yes it's expensive but in saying this those others on store shelf don't even come close. Your product is awesome in the cookies, pies, cupcakes or even coating for meat. No texture, color, taste touches this product! Thanks

Best GF all purpose flour out there
I use this GF flour for EVERYTHING and it's never let me down. Muffins, cakes, quickbreads come out moist and hold together just like wheat flour. I even use it to thicken gravies, stews, soups, anywhere you would use wheat flour in a roux and it works beautifully. I just made a very silky Thanksgiving gravy with it and nobody had a clue it was GF. The package says to substitute 3/4 cup in place of 1 cup of wheat flour, but honestly, I use it cup for cup and never had a problem. I hope they never change this formulation because it's perfect the way it is.

Forget you became gluten free...
My 12 yo daughter was diagnosed with Celiac in October of 2019 and we are big bakers so I am not going to lie- there were a few tears shed. I have tried all sorts of things - bakeries, recipes, all the flours, then mixing my own flours. I have an ATK cookbook, I looked at websites, we buy the Ciba products etc etc. But really all you wanna do when you are gluten free is replace the flour you already use in your own recipes and call it gluten free. This is that flour. I find that many gluten free recipes try too hard to be healthy or paleo or get you to mix their flour recipe which is just fussy. This flour is very fine but not powdery like cup4cup. It feels like regular flour. You simply substitute. If you want, you can use 3/4 cup for recipes that call for a cup or you can add more moist ingredients like milk or sour cream or yogurt. I made banana bread and choc chip cookies with this flour recently and you really would not know that they were gluten free. Also my son has a nut allergy and this flour is nut free as well (I believe- double check).

One of the best out there!
Don't get me started on gluten free foods! We've been eating this way for YEARS! My hubby's entire family is GF, and so we are used to cooking this way daily. I have tried EVERY flour under the sun, and almost every brand. Some are better than others. The AF Super fine blend flour is amazing. It really is SUPER FINE. I even own a wondermill to grind my own flours at home (rice, sorghum, oats, millet etc) and most of the time I still prefer the flour from AF. It tastes fantastic, definitely would have gotten 5 stars for taste! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because its so darn expensive. You will probably save money in the long run buying a wondermill and grinding our own. Cheap, fast and you have fresh flour. Otherwise, I'd still consider it a great buy!

Best GF All Purpose Flour (except yeast recipes) Around
Have to say this is the best gluten free flour blend I have come across to date. I absolutely hate wasting money and was so stingy on trying gluten free versions because of all the flour blends and mixes I bought or made, so many turned out horribly! I think this is the first time I went back and bought another bag, it was that good. So far I have made pancakes, pie crust, cookies, onion rings, fried chicken and a few other things. They have all turned out perfectly. You couldn't even tell most of it was gluten free. Based on the reviews and instructions I havent tried any yeast recipes but for everything else it seems to be a clear winner. Best yet, its about the same price as most gluten free products!!!Update: This is still the winner in gluten free flour blends HANDS DOWN. I have since used this flour to make a variety of baked goods from cakes, oven pancakes, cupcakes, churros, fry batters, and pretty much anything savory or sweet I can think of (except yeast recipes still havent done those based on the reviews). Everything has turned out wonderfully. Try this flour- you wont be disappointed.

The Best
We have tried a lot of gluten free flours. Just used this to make a batch of chocolate chip cookies and it is hands down the best. The cookies are delicious - chewy, crispy, and you wouldn't even know they are gluten free. They don't have a grainy texture like some flours. This will be our new go-to GF flour. Wow!

Special occasion GF flour
Used this for a Pittsburgh Cookie Table for a special anniversary, needed a GF section on the table. Folks were raving! They had never had such delicious GF cookies - I could tell from the dough they were going to be spectacular. Batter came together like a dream, no graininess, off flavor or peculiar texture.Little pricey for every day baking, but when you need to pull out all the stops (or maybe have deeper pockets than me), this is the flour to use.
