I filled them with a 50g skein of yarn. They were a bit tricky to put together, but the fit is tight and has an audible snap as they seat. Out of two orders, there was only one with a small crack. The added bubble wrap was appreciated as I have ordered from other companies and half of the ornaments were broken. I wish there were more sizes available, I would order them immediately!

I was filling the balls with small beads and nearly half did not snap closed tightly. No time to return. Had to glue.

This is a good product for putting a scene or something larger in an ornament than glitter or sand, because they come in halves. I only wish the top part where you hand the string from was more sleek looking than it is. But the string covers it up for the most part.

Our family does an annual Christmas tree for our local hospice's silent auction. We put scratch off lotto tickets in these ornaments in hopes of enticing the bidders. It worked, our tree brought in a good amount for hospice.

Larger than expected however need glue or tape to keep them sealed shut. Thinner plastic than expected, but perfect little gift idea with some tweaks.

Like the item- very sturdy. Some did arrive broken though so you may want to order extra.
