Non homogenized. Usually tastes better.

I don't trust the quality control. I was a regular consumer untill one day found brown things inside couple of sealed products and stopped using it afterwards. It is sad after spending so much money, there was a quality issues, which even regular organic milks don't.

Q: Can you use this milk to make cheese?

On first principles, there's no reason it would be different than grain-fed milk. I have used it to make delicious yogurt, which means it can be cultured, but I don't make my own cheese.
