Not too bad
I think this a decent product, I just hate that it doesn’t tell you what’s in it. It did help me with mental clarity, and helps me stay calm and focused. The second bad thing is it broke me out every time I took it… But I did think this is a good product, I just like to know what I’m consuming and what in it.
