Poor quality product. The audio only comes out of one side, the ChatGPT integration experiences API errors when trying to use the AI agent, cleverly named “AI,” and the real time translation is not real time, it’s responsive, only translates in text, and it’s often wrong. On top of all this, the Bluetooth connectivity is spotty at best and suffers if you try to leave your phone in a pocket or bag so it requires reconnecting every time you set your phone down. I got these specifically for AI-assisted live translation and they fail every aspect of these. Do not buy these.

Absolutely love these, good sound, good quality no odd little quirk like others I've tried, amazing battery life when you consider I wear these full blast on Spotify from 7am to 5 or 6 pm. they definitely exceeded my expectations. Even the mic is amazing, now when I talk to my bestie on the phone without the glasses she's asking where they are and why I'm not using them bc the sound quality is so much lower with my other pair Unfortunately my son and I had a situation with him, his crutches and I and my glasses got crushed which kind of broke my heart but the peraon I spoke with at the store was amazing and helped me out with a discount for a new pair so we shall be rockin n Rollin again in a couple of days. Great experience all together, highly recommend.
