Great water pump kit all parts work like they should. Good water pressure seem to be made of good quality I highly recommend this kit bought it for a 15hp Evinrude.

This kit is a perfect fit for my 1999 Evinrude 8hp outboard motor. Easy installation and it works great.

Works perfect! Wouldn’t hesitate to buy this again.

It looks nice- but that’s it. The water impeller cup doesn’t seat into the water pump housing. It’s only off by a fraction but it won’t allow the housing to sit flush against the metal plate. If I were to force it it very well may crack the plastic housing. Also the shaft seal is either too small in diameter or the housing is to big- again by just a fraction. When I went to push seal into place, it just falls into place. Tip the housing upside down and the seal falls out. It should be a press fit. I’ll be returning the kit as the combination of these 2 issues isn’t worth me overheating or seizing up my motor.

Inexpensive fix for 1996 evinrude 15hp outboard. Better than paying hundreds for someone else to replace less than $30 in parts.
