it is easy to use
I needed to know my oxygen level for my lunges witch also shows what the brain receives to protect me from strokes and heart attacks. This is an excellent meter to buy.

Item returned.
I returned the device for two reasons. First, it did not provide accurate results for me. As I wore it on my finger, the pulse reading dropped 20 beats per minute from the initial number, then increased to approximately the original number. Possibly this was because I have an irregular heartbeat, but a medical device should be able to deal with this. There was never an issue with a medical device when my heartbeat was measured in the past. Second, the battery case cover came off when I was not trying to remove it and was difficult to get back on properly. I am giving the product two stars rather than one, in case my irregular heartbeat contributed to the problem with the reading.

Very accurate and I would recommend to others and would buy again myself
Seems to be very accurate, had a different one that would give different readings while using, it would say it was 92 and then change three or four times during that reading. This one doesn't. We got this so husband could keep track of his oxygen level and we have been very pleased with it.
