Kind of feels like swimsuit material, but I doubt it will fade, and it looks like an office appropriate skirt. Order a size bigger than you think you should. I have a 29" waist and 39" hips and the medium is too small.

Basic pencil skirt, true to size
So I actually sized up to a medium thinking that it might run small like a lot of inexpensive clothing I’ve purchased on Amazong, but it turns out I should have stuck with my “actual” size. So this skirt is actually big on me but that’s my own fault. Pretty basic stretch pencil skirt otherwise.

I bought a XL... well let’s just say I should have gotten 2 sizes larger. I’m a 12/14 a large should have fit... the elastic band they have in the waistband flipped so of course I couldn’t sent it back now if I wanted to. A total waste of money
