Maisto 2006 Harley Davidson FXDBI Dyna Street Bob Bike Motorcycle Model 1/12

This was a gift for my boyfriend as a replica of his Dyna. Although it wasnt the same color, its exaclt like it before he customized it to make it his own. It serves as a good example to demonstrate what it looked like before he customized his.

I bought this 1/12 scale motorcycle to go with my 1/10 scale NECA Terminator 2 action figure. As expected it is a little small but it is good enough for me. 1/10 bikes are very expensive and this was ~$17 at the time of my purchase. Viewing from the front or angled, the sizing looks great. Only viewing directly from the side does the scaling look way off. It would scale better with Marvel Legends sized figures as those are closer to 1/12 scale. It feels a bit flimsy so I definitely do not recommend it as a child’s plaything. For shelf display though it looks great.

Looks just like the picture. Now we have a bike for display on the desk that looks like the one in the bike shed --- only thing different is that little bell on the frame that most bikers have.

My husband wanted a motorcycle for his birthday. So, I bought him this. It gave him a good laugh and he thought it was a good replica.

We use this as a decoration for the flowers on my husband’s casket. It came out very nice and after the funeral was over his two daughters and she took one of the motorcycles. As sad as it was for me on that day, my husband loved Harley Davidson’s and it makes me happy to know that we respected him on the most saddest day of my life; but when I look at the motorcycle I smile because it reminds me of all the good memories I had with him!
