Great clock many reviews complain that it’s very quiet and they can’t hear it. However, I think it’s perfect I can hear it in just about every room in my house (house is under 1,000 square feet). And it’s up on the wall, I highly recommend for any Christmas lover! My only “complaint” is I wish it came if a bigger size but, I still love it.

Clock just the right size for my spot to replace old Christmas Carol chiming clock and picture perfect BUT did not play any Christmas carol .... just chiming noise. Returned.

I really like this clock and the songs it plays. It keeps us all in the Christmas spirit!

The clock works and looks fine but when I opened the box which was undamaged, the product box had a damaged corner. When I removed it from box it looked perfect but when I looked at the back I saw that neither of it's battery compartments had a cover and one of negative battery terminals was bent. A battery compartment cover was loose in the box but would not fit this clock. It appeared to have been returned and resold as new. At first I considered returning it but decided that the effort and expense would be more than what I had paid for it. I installed batteries in spite of the damaged terminal spring and was pleasantly surprised. I decided, what the hell. I decided to go ahead and hang it on the wall and am very glad I did. The music is not loud but is just right for the dining area it is in.

The recipient had no idea she was getting this gift, and she loved it!

This clock is cute if you like red trucks at Christmas, but it has a couple shortcomings. The background image (truck & especially forest) makes it very hard to see the hands and read the time. The audio quality is REALLY poor, generated by software with a 1-bit digital ("square" wave) output direct to the speaker. In addition, some of the melodies have off-key notes or are otherwise not as recognizable as you would expect. I had no trouble with the photocell muting the tones at night, and the clock kept decent time for the month we had it in service. I would rate this a "meh" (mediocre) product that's OK at its low price point if your expectations are not too high. If you expect actual audio recordings (such as you get with bird-themed clocks), this is not your clock.

The second hand was not attached to it, just lay at the bottom of the clock and the songs on each hour or very tinny and not nice
