The dough kneading ability is 1st class it is beyond my expectations,I bought the machine after catching a video on u tube about a bread recipe .The chap was making bread and the machine looked interesting I traced it and bought it,the best thing I ever did it kneads dough, whisks batters and mixes pastry with ease. I have baked by hand for over 40 years no problem, I have used various stand mixers but this one beats the rest hands down ,low noise ease of changing tools and cleaning down all done in a jiffy .I may be enthusing a lot but I definitely would not change this mixer ,if heaven forbid it broke down I would buy it again at the drop of a hat no problem.

My GF is using it on every ocasion to bake for me all of her ideeas.. bread, cakes, pizza, and so manny..

Where do I start, the machine look amazing, it's so quite and yet powerful, you get many different bits and bobs you don't even know how or where to use those but maybe once you will find out kind of. I tried to cut slice vegetables for salad and stew and others and straight found out the first issue for me. It have a safety switch at the bottom so only working when you have the Bosch bowl underneath, I have like 8 different bowls and now they are useless in a way so this took a star away in my eyes straight specially when you spend lot to get a machine like this. Next one you can slice grated grind but one missing the chopping which also one of the most important part to own a machine like this to be able to use for chopping. Well the machine have available accessories for only 100 pounds you can get that half liter capacity chopping add on with blade and 3 other disc what by the way you got with the big box. Don't know it's a good or bad thing and were thinking to take one more star off cause of this but no at least you have option but when you pick this machine make sure you buy the correct bundle for your needs as different colours they have different things in the box. So overall it's a nice versatile and quite machine not taking up much place and thanks for the suction cup at the bottom it's stable. If you go for this machine I recommend to search straight for the plastic bowl what you can buy for the machine as 1 bowl certainty not enough and get ready to spend more for those bits and bobs you might gonna need to get the maximum out of your machine.

Impressed so far, I got it yesterday and been trying it out with various things... So far I've made cheese bread, scones and lemon cake. Mixer looks good on the worktop, feels quite sturdy, and not too noisy even on high speeds. Seems fairly easy to use, and attach the accessories.... Took a little while to figurevout how to attach the mincer though🤣. I like how the grater disc attachment sits so it drops into the bowl below, made adding the cheese to the bread mix so easy.... Have to say that the noise of the continuous blade settling into the lid attachment was very disconcerting the first time I thought I'd broken it! Only thing I would add, is that the extra white bowl pictured with the 'amazon exclusive' white and silver version does NOT come with it even though its pictured on this version only, slightly misleading as it looks like it's part of the exclusive option and was one of the reasons I went for this version.
