He said it is easy to use and maintain, offering convenient "set it and forget it" temperature control and consistent results for beginner and experienced smokers, which he is. Very well built. Steady heat

Bought the item, assembled it, plugged it in and turned it on no problem. Went to use it for the first time a few days later to smoke a turkey for Thanksgiving and the heating element cracked. Edit - The manufacturer contacted me and replaced the heating element for no charge. I have since replaced the destroyed part and have found the smoker to be satisfactory. I was pleased with the speed with which the issue was remedied and with the smoker's performance following the repair. Thank you for standing by your product.

It’s decent. I wish the water pots were singular the access is hard to get to other than it does a decent job

Works like a charm. We are very happy with this product.

It takes at least an hour to put together. My son who received this as a Christmas present reports 55 minutes and 10 just taking it all out of boxes. It's in a ton of pieces. The directions were good though. 👍 Will edit on heat retention.
