It has became my favorite cleaning tool now! Fast shipping and good packaging. The window wiper works amazingly great on shower door glass. I'm very impressed with the adjustable steam flow setting, it helps to gently clean my walls and carpets. Just need to pay attention to the hot hose during the operation.

One attachment already broke. But it works well. The steam is hot. May want to purchase "bonnets" for small attachment.Also must keep the "nose"(part where those comes out at a slight down angle or you will keep losing pressure.Edit** every adapter/attachment broke and it started leaking within a month.(after return period ) I used it twice or 3 times during the return period but then used it more after and it broke In 10 uses. First the attachments then the leaking. I realize that pressure and steam is hard to make affordable considering how powerful steam can be. But a month is ridiculous. Even mire upsetting is this steamer gas a hose that can be removed but there are no replacement attachments.

Adopted a new puppy who we later discovered had fleas. :-( The puppy is too young for flea medication so we are trying to combat fleas as naturally as possible with frequent flea combing and baths, vacuuming, and steam cleaning. At first, I was extremely excited about this steam cleaner. The directions were EXCELLENT, easy to follow. All the pieces clicked in securely and seemed sturdy. The unit heated up within a few minutes and produced a dense cloud of what I thought was steam. I got to work steaming the floor around the puppy's pen and pretty soon realized the tile I had JUST steamed was cool to the touch. I kept going and discovered this steamer would produce very hot steam for a few seconds, then return to a cloud of what appeared to be steam but was cool to warm in temperature. I need constant, hot steam to kill fleas, eggs, larvae, etc. and just can't count on this steamer. I am returning it.

I LOVE this cleaner. The attachments are amazing, we used the copper brush for cleaning my island grout and it worked fabulously. It’s super easy to use for the most part, only problem I had was not being able to get the steam cap off for about 40 mins of waiting for it to cool down completely. But honestly, everything else works great and it’s a minor inconvenience. The attacher for the attachments broke but Isiler customer service was fabulous and they quickly replaced everything (and gave me extra attachments for free!) I am very pleased to have this steamer and even more pleased to work with Isiler and will look for their products specifically for the customer service awesomeness.

Every year at this time family has brought over fleas and I would spend 1-2 months fighting to get rid of them. This year while researching techniques on the internet I ran across the suggestion of steaming the carpet; essentially scalding them to death. After much comparison shopping I came upon this brand and ordered it because of the reviews, and it fit my budget, and the nifty caddy. It isn't a heavy duty machine per se (those cost about $2,000), but it certainly did the job. I have relief for the first time in weeks; and all non-toxic! Plus, the refreshing smell while you're working is wonderful. It's just pure clean steam. While I was at it I cleaned spots out of the carpet, my chair, the stairs, and cleaned all the floors. I also sterilized my CPAP machine and trash can. Tomorrow I might do my kitchen drain, grout, oven and walls. Hint: go to Wally World automotive section and buy a roll of large microfiber cloths for less than $5. Clip them right on and clean to your heart's content. You can change them as often as needed. (One nice pad for the floor utensil is included with the machine.) Also look online for videos of other things you can do with these machines. And remember, only use distilled water!TIP: There is a slot at the end of the body where your floor attachment tool can hook. Don't put the hot tool in it with the wand still attached because the plastic will be soft and the weight of the wand may cause it to break if it tilts. That happened to me. LOL

Cleaned the tile floors well, didn't do that good on soap scum in shower or shower door. It did good on the stove-top. The attachment for the accessories broke and the company sent me a new one after just one email.

This machine is fantastic! I love the versatility and the capacity of the water reservoir. Easy to use and easy to move around.

I was steam cleaning the floors, and everything was working great, until steam started pouring out where the steam control knob is, and also by the safety cap where you add water. I immediately unplugged it, let it cool completely, during which time I checked the description on Amazon, confirming that there is supposed to be an automatic shut-off if you run out of water. After it cooled, I added more water and plugged it back in - as it warmed up it made noises (it didn't the first time), and steam began coming out the knob as soon as it began to get hot enough. Clearly some seal melted or burst or something - there shouldn't be hot steam coming from a knob you're supposed to adjust during use.
