I give it 1 star since there's no option for zero. I've replaced these twice after the original purchase. Each time the bulbs begin burning out after about 2 weeks and I only drive about 15-30 minutes a day. Each time I pay someone to install and then uninstall. Huge waste of money. Amazon should remove this seller.

Went through 3 pairs of these and had problems with all three. Whether they were longevity problems or issues right out of the box...3 pairs that either didn't last or didn't work.Customer service was pleasant and kind enough to send replacements but, after all the dust settled, the bottom line is that these just aren't up to snuff.And for the do-it-yourselfers out there... It was advertised (at the time I bought them anyway) that these could be cut to shorten the length as needed. But when I tried (on more than one occasion) to obtain some instructions as to how to cut them I was told to "seek the services of a professional installer" which, in my opinion, is vital information that should be included in their listing at the point in which they promote the idea that these can be shortened. Telling me I'll need a professional installer after the fact is smarmy. I finally bought another similar product on Amazon that has cut lined clearly indicated on the reverse/adhesive side if the light making the shortening of that light a relatively easy and straight forward affair and which, most importantly, DOES NOT REQUIRE THE SERVICES OF A PROFESSIONAL! I've installed many car audio and security systems, built computer systems and can (and have) tear down a car engine. Being told to seek the services of a professional just to have these cut is laughable as well as silly (for me) as the installation shop would want to charge me for a full installation (and rightfully so) which I don't need. So unless you're planning on having the lights professionally installed I would take a pass on these and look elsewhere.But know this...even if you do have them professionally installed, don't be surprised if after one winter or year you start to see individual LED's within the strip begin to flicker or go out altogether.This just isn't a quality product in my opinion and the fact that there isn't any installation support whatsoever makes this item a non-starter, especially for those who intend to do the installation themselves.

I am a regular customer and, while I don't do a lot of reviews I was so impressed with this light strip I thought I'd put my thoughts out there. They are very easy to install considering I purchased the white only strip. I didn't want to hassle with the turn signal option so I just got white. All I really wanted was to use them as running lights anyways so, I'm not missing the turn signal function which you can also opt for. The strip is plenty bright enough for daytime driving and adds a nice additional look to my car. One word of caution however...the strip feels like a rubber tube and...this being my second strip I had to purchase...I accidently tore my first strip while installing as I was trying to peel it off to reposition it. So...be careful with the strips as they can tare easily. Once you have it installed...don't try and remove it as you risk taring the tube. Additionally, the LED's apparently don't like to much pressure on them. To much and they start going out so, be careful not to have pressure on the tube. As you can see in my photo's, the strips light up just fine with no LED's burnt out (unlike some other reviews indicate). Overall...I still give this product 5 stars!

Honestly speaking, the lights are amazing and turned my 8years old toyota corolla into something more updated. If I can get one of the Switchback, white -yellow replaced I would be more than happy. After installing them, one of the Switchback lights seems to be skipping when the turn signal light is on. The other second is doing more than great.

I ordered these to use as emergency/escort lights on my motorcycle (an old police bike). They arrived pretty quick and right out of the box, I was pretty surprised at how thin and flexible they were. After getting the wiring laid out (front fender has a pair and the rear saddlebag guards have a pair), I got them wired into the flasher module and then hooked up to the bike.WOW. Bright and perfect! And the way they wrap around the rear guards is wonderful! The image just has them laid in for testing (I hadn't used the tape at that point and just zip tied them there) but they work JUST as I pictured them working. And bright...VERY bright.I have a pair up front on either side of the front fender (along with two "cluster" LED lights mounted to the windshield) and the pair in the rear. It REALLY grabs attention now when they are all on. I loved them so much I ordered 4 more pairs...just in case or if the wife wants her bike wired up.GREAT product!

One of the strips came damaged (some led's not working)I can only imagine the quality of these

Lights work fine but doesnt actually leave a smooth glue through out the tube, method of packaging leaves the adhesive strip starting to peel off the led strip requiring it to be redone, unsure if i can cut along a dark part of the led tubing to make it shorter for my application. Not the hardest product to figure out installation but some basic instructions would of been great, but for those wondering, black is grounding/earthing wire, red wire is the white LED yellow is the amber LED. Recommend testing with a 9v battery with black to negative and touching red and yellow separately on positive to be sure the strip is working as intended before installation. Not great, not bad. Just a solid 3 out of 5.
